Decent standard English café fare slightly over half-way round the Canvey Loop walk with indoor and outdoor seating. Really lovely, friendly helpful staff. They were very kind to me, albeit a little bemused by my muddy and windswept appearance; I don't think they get many walkers on Canvey yet. But what really stood out was how kind and thoughtful I saw the staff being to other customers . Café was clean and staff very friendly. I visited for with my son and my dog, sat outside and really enjoyed the food. Would recommend this to all family's and thank you to all staff at the bay café for a lovely experience.

Friendly service in a pleasant environment. Tom tells me his burger was top notch and my jacket potato was too. Highly recommended ?Kid-friendliness: The ladies made Tom feel at home :)
