Just witnessed staff knocking the basket of cutlery allover the floor, staff proceeded to stand allover it then pick it back up and continue to give them to customers. A health and safety hazard if I've ever seen one. Unfortunate as me and my boyfriend come here often but won't be anymore.

Why they don't give sauce or dip and napkin with prepaid orders. Every time we have to ask specially, otherwise they juat give the meal without sauce and after reaching home, we see this. This is ridiculous. 1 star for this service.

I wish there was negative 5 stars option available. I only do drive through and go there because they serve Halal chicken. 80 percent of the time they prepare wrong order or miss items in the order (even after confirming that the order is complete). I often have to go back to get missing items which is quite annoying to say the least. Just placed a drive through order this afternoon, 3 items in the order were missing and there was ketchup on the burgers (even though we customised the order to say no ketchup). Won't go to this place if there is another Halal KFC around.Parking: Free Parking.

I stop here on a regular basis and always good food. Because it is so popular it can be slower at normal peak times. One thing I hate about KFC is the LACK OF FRIES GIVEN (14) given, barely pass for a medium in BK or McDs Local squirrels and mice said they would not feel fulfilled with this tiny portion ? KFC what more can I say Love the chicken and burgers. Plenty of space to sit and eat inside. The location is easily accessible plenty of parking (90mins max stay). Customer service 4/5

An utter joke. Twice ordered with them recently. The first was a deliveroo where the order was completely wrong. We had to get in car and go to restaurant to sort it.Again tonight ordered for drive thru collection. Stuck in traffic worried it would be cold. When I get there I am told to park in collection bay. After about 10 mins someone comes to window with wrong meal. Another 5 mins they come again with wrong meal and take collection number. Another 5 mins someone else comes to tell me the order did not come through properly on system and it's not their fault. I as the customer are not at fault either KFC! She had to take photos of my order to go make it. All I get as compensation is a large popcorn chicken.Food tastes good but service and processes are a joke.
Wings are good but they need to do better with fries.

Absolutely diabolical service and staff. Ordered food, staff assured all is in the bag and off we went only to realise when we got home sauces were missing and part food order too. Went back waited for further 20 mins before we were served only to be charged again for the sauces and hostile attitude of staff. Totally understand mixups can happen which can easily be sorted or at least an apology but no, not at this KFC store. If I didn’t like the brand would never visit this venue again. Warning to future customers, please check your food before you leave.

Low quality service, I ordered to eat inside and waited for the order for 30 minutes and then they gave me the wrong order, none of the employees are paying attention to the orders. And as for the cleanliness, almost all the tables were dirty, the trash cans full, disgusting ???

Absolutely bad. I order food to delivery. Take so long. When I realise the food was in my front door. I just realise the food was there because the post man had a delivery for me. No one even knocked at my door to give on hand. Food was cool, no taste. Disgusting. Waste of money I bin it all the food. Lost a customer for sure.

Sorted the night out after another place flopped. Food is alright but 2/5 times they’ll forget something if you’re ordering more than 5 items - delivery is probably the best bet and has never messed up to be fair.
