Went here to get a take away coffee and some treats with my son and daughter. My son is an autistic 3 year old and as he does sometimes he became very distressed and started to have a meltdown. The lovely lady behind the counter saw his distress and leant over the counter and gave him some marshmallows in a cup. This calmed him down straight away and occupied him. Nicely located with super friendly staff, they even know a lot of locals names… so adds a personal touch. Sadly a real lack of food due to a lack of delivery… staff were trying hard to up sell, but without much to offer it was hard, due to a delayed delivery… shame. Staff excellent though, that said my tea was awful, no flavour and bits in it. Awful.

I stopped by for a coffee during a very busy morning period. Despite the massive rush and one bad mannered customer, the barista,Sauget was brilliant and remained polite, friendly and worked so speedily. I was very impressed with the customer service.
