Very nice cod. Nearly £6 for large chips. Not enough for 2 adults to share. Over £4 a sausage. Spent £34. Was delivered cold. I think they spend too much on packaging. And a ridiculous price for chips.

We used the ordered via the Nick's app and got a discount which was great but the 1/2 lbs burger came with just a bun and 2 burgers so no sauce, no lettuce and novtomato which was disappointing as you also have to pay a £3.41 tip when they could not get our burger right! As we did a pick up the food via the app our meal was already bagged which is ideal in a way as long as they have a quality control person checking the order. I would order again as it was an efficient service as there was no waiting. Thank you

The only place for fish and chips in the slough Area . I've been coming here for over 25 years. Tries others but nothing comes close to Nicks. His staff are superb and all the choices here are superb ! Keep up the great work Nick !

Nice and clean, friendly staff. First time I went and tried the food. Fish and chips good quality and reasonably priced. Only thing got me was the lad who frying fish. Everyone using tongs etc and he just move the fishes in the warmer by hand. He was making another customers burger no gloves even put salad with hands no tongs. Food can still be contaminated if not wear gloves as you touch fridge handles other equipment etc.

Fantastic large Cod, crunchy batter, cod cooked fresh to order, excellent quick service, ordered on the app & collected 10 mins, will always go to Nicks.
I haven't eaten a good cod and chips like that since I was a child! The cod was beautiful! The chips were proper chippy chips, the menu was nice and simple.We got served super quick, the organisation of the service was brilliant! Forgot my curry sauce and the guy ran out to remind me (You get 10 stars for that alone)I've lived her almost 4 years and this is the first place I've really enjoyed!We will be back ! I might even do a insta blog on it just so I can taste everything on the menu ?
