Visited as family of four, two boys 7 and 5. Welcomed immediately and seated with Halloween-themed colouring/worksheet, colours and hats. We found the service very prompt and friendly, although the restaurant was surprisingly quiet for an early evening on Saturday between 5 and 6pm, with only a couple of other tables occupied. Been many years since I last set food in a Pizza Express but came here for a bit of food with colleagues after work. We were practically the only table in there yet the service was pretty slow and delivered without a smile. To start I opted for the King Prawns in garlic, which was predominantly peppers & semi-cut tomato. Tasted very average. We went to Pizza Express Slough for our daughter’s birthday today. The staff were extremely courteous and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. They looked after us and made us feel really comfortable. Special mention for Chloe who was exceptional in her customer service and couldn’t do more to make our time at Pizza Express great. We were a large group and she worked extremely hard to make us feel welcome. Thank you.
