We went to Pizza Express Slough for our daughter’s birthday today. The staff were extremely courteous and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. They looked after us and made us feel really comfortable. Special mention for Chloe who was exceptional in her customer service and couldn’t do more to make our time at Pizza Express great. We were a large group and she worked extremely hard to make us feel welcome. Thank you.

Visited as family of four, two boys 7 and 5. Welcomed immediately and seated with Halloween-themed colouring/worksheet, colours and hats. We found the service very prompt and friendly, although the restaurant was surprisingly quiet for an early evening on Saturday between 5 and 6pm, with only a couple of other tables occupied. I felt the staff had made a great effort for Halloween, they had a bowl of sweets for the kids to take one on leaving, and they’d carved loads of pumpkins as well. Staff checked on us a few times which was good. Food was spot on - the quality I’d expect from Pizza Express which I think is decent.

Been many years since I last set food in a Pizza Express but came here for a bit of food with colleagues after work. We were practically the only table in there yet the service was pretty slow and delivered without a smile. To start I opted for the King Prawns in garlic, which was predominantly peppers & semi-cut tomato. Tasted very average. I followed this with an American Hot pizza which was actually really rather good. Baked just right and had a decent amount of topping. The choc brownie for dessert was nothing special but went down well nonetheless. Had I received the pizza as a takeaway on its own, would easily get 5 stars. However, the experience as a whole let the side down.

Great place to eat…very accommodating & bike friendly. A group of us completed the palace to palace bike challenge & needed fuelling….the manager was great …she made space for us & our bikes in the garden seating area and made sure we were well looked after. The staff were great & food was good, perfect end to a challenging bike ride ?

Definitely recommend to everyone. Today was my Son’s birthday party and everything was perfect. Extremely friendly and helpful Members of Staff , delicious food and one of the best pizza in Slough :) Kids really enjoyed pizza party ;)Restaurant clean with nice music ;)❤️ Big thanks to very nice polish Lady who prepared everything perfectly and encouraged Kids ?Thank you for making this day special for us ❤️

We had a pizza making party with 14 children and 17 adults. All the staff and in particular Sophie, were absolutely amazing! They were so accommodating; with there being so many children they kindly gave us the whole of the back area of the restaurant. The kids had plenty of space to move around and that meant the adults were also able to have relaxing time. On top of that, it was super easy to arrange the food for the adults, most of which was per ordered but they timed it so that whilst the kids were playing we were able to enjoy our meal as well. With a group of this size, it can often be very stressful but thanks to Sophie and her team, we didn’t have to do a thing. You really went above and beyond to make sure our little boys birthday was nothing short of amazing, for him and all his guests! Thank you x

The food here is great, the service is mediocre and the atmosphere definitely lacking.I tried to pay my bill recently in cash, but apparently this branch thinks it's too cool to own a till!? A business without a till - seriously? So I had to embsrassingly go round all my guests scraping together the correct change. What is this, amateur hour if you ask me.

We ate on a Friday night and did book ahead. We arrived a little after our booked time due to traffic. Greeting was friendly and we got a table straight away. Our food was delicious and arrived quickly.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Thank you to the staff at Pizza Express Slough! We were told very politely when we arrived that they were short staffed so there may be a longer wait than usual but despite this the team were efficient, friendly and we were not kept waiting. They made a special birthday pudding for our 5 year old, which he loved, and even let me plug my phone in when I was out of battery. I wanted to take the time to review you and thank you for your friendly service, as it really was noticed and appreciated :)

Despite being desperately understaffed we had a wonderful meal. Served in timely manor and Oder was spot on with no mistakes. Come on Pizza Express, give your staff some respect and make sure they are not so overstretched.
Blonde front of house has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Threw our menus down on the table and walked off before we’d even sat down. When we were finished she asked if we were done and after us saying yes, she walked off to go talk to other customers! We had to ask another server for our bill 20 minutes later as she was still talking to the other customers. Will not be back

Just visited to be told “have you booked?” “We take bookings only” when I asked if we could be booked in a little later I was told “bookings are locked down”. So hence why I haven’t rated the food as we didn’t get to eat ?. Restaurant was not overly busy however in light of the poor welcome we received we ate elsewhere on this occasion. Shame as we use Pizza Express often and have never encountered this issue before. Totally understand that on occasion staff have to give bad news, however, there are far better ways of delivering it than the staff member at Slough did today. On leaving we checked online and found we could book in within the hour, but at no time were we offered this by the member of staff. Hence why we decided to spend our money elsewhere.

Came here for dinner on our way back from Legoland. Kids menu choice was very good and reasonable. I had the cannelloni which was very yummy ?. Would recommend if you didn't want to eat at the Legoland hotel restaurant.

Waited over 15mins to be seated as no one around to seat us. Was eventually seated and given menus. Was told by waitress she would be with us when she can!! The restaurant was empty!! Waited to order but left in the end. Wouldn't visit again
