SCAM BY OWNER AND MANAGER - They don’t honour online deals and lie on online deals not loaded correctly… in my case they did not give me a major part of the deal (Cookie dough) and probably selling the same stock again and trying to avoid franchise fee for Pizza Hut..The owner and manager lied to me in front of others and had the audacity to say, you should have ordered direct and not online and not completing the full deal order as per online confirmation…Manager later accepts over the phone and confirms they lied about items as they are not in stock… absolutely horrendous experience…

Very disappointed with pizza hut delivery service. They have delivered food after 1 hr 20 min since ordered. All food were cold. Tried calling many times to track delivery as tracking option not available online but noone picked up phone.

Unfortunately they delivered the wrong flavoured pizza,and unable to call themStaff shortage and I had drive there.Did not give anything to compensate.
Ordered 2 simple margarita pizzas this evening and although they arrived within 25 mins when I began to serve them to the kids they were clearly over baked. Then one of my kids commented on how they don't want it from here again as it tastes funny. I had a slice and it was quite clearly over baked with a burnt taste. I instantly called to complain and they offered to deliver another lot within 30-40 mins. Well it is now over an hour and no pizza! I called yet again and they were apologetic and gave me a £10 credit to the account! I'm just after a good hot pizza for the kids dinner and I can't really feed them a credit note! So no. It's not acceptable! My 5 year old has just gone to bed, I just fed him something else! How awful!!! The other is still waiting up this late for her pizza!Well guess what looks like didn't learn from my last mistake. They did improve in between but ow back to their usual poor quality. gave it one more chance and the food was overcooked and chewy. Only the tear and share garlic bread was good and chicken strippers. The pizzas were definitely over baked and had hard crust. I didn't even bother making a complaint as they clearly done no improvements from the last time I complained about it. Also there was hardly and sauce on the base. I really wasted my money today and feel very cheated!!

Waited inside the shop on my own for 10 minutes no one came to serve when the guy came to pick up a phone I asked him if we can be served he told me that he is busy and will be with me when he can and walked away

I would give 0 stars if I could, have to call them about 7 times in a row just to order and they tell you that their busy, they’re certainly not! They show no respect very bad manners and the food is disgusting always cold and always the wrong toppings…
