I wanted to use my subway points but have never used them before & the lovely gent that was working in there helped me through the process and even offered to swap out certain veggies for me (I’m pregnant and all I wanted was pickles) he went absolutely above and beyond and is an amazing credit to the company. This is my first review, I don’t write reviews ever. But this must be knownI’m allergic to pork, I was waiting in line and the server drop ham onto the chicken and pick up and carried on without swapping the chicken.I approach the staff and told him that I saw you drop pork onto the chicken and asked for a different chicken to use in my meal.He said No and then told “ this is a sandwich shop, the meats normally interact with each other”I left the shop immediately. If your allergic to ANYTHING don’t eat here. They have no standards or safety AT ALL

Not happy with the service, they don't put enough filling. Scrimping on the filling. No melting cheese as advertised. I have to ask for them to put more of everything. I've had subs before and in this establishment very disappointed ????

Went to subways and ordered my food. When paying I was asked if I wanted a bag, naturally I said yes, I mean how else would you expect someone to carry 2 sandwiches and other items to go with it? I was surprised to see that I was charged 10p for the bag. I wouldn't have minded but it was a paper bag and a small one at that. And the cashier didn't even say there'd be a charge. I don't mind paying 10p buy it's the principle. I do understand times are hard for everyone, but to stealthily charge 10p? It's a nice profitable business they have considering the bag probably costs them 1p. A good markup.I would recommend you bring your own bags to carry your food out.
