Popped here for lunch when working nearby. The place looked relatively clean and there was plenty of selection on the menu. The food was nice, full of flavour and quite spicy

AVOID!!!Absolutely shocking. Never have I experienced such abysmal service, especially when putting through a £65 order. After waiting over 3 hours (delivery estimate was 30-40 mins), and being completely unable to get through to Woksta via the number on the app (called 30 times), they marked it as delivered...Finally got through to the driver who said "I was scared you would be angry that the food was late" so he didn't bother to make delivery (???) and drove the 30 minutes back to the shop. He then said he could set off and would be another 30 minutes. I said yes please do that (it was 10pm, we were starving and had already been waiting 3.5 hours so what was another 30 mins for us).After 30 mins I called him to check where he was and he told me that he had been sent to do a different delivery and that this isn’t his fault, “blame my boss”. It’s now almost 11pm with no food after ordering at 6:50pm!AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Food was extremely late and not hot, tried calling the restaurant several times and no one picked up the phone. Doubt I will order again

Really happy with the food & the delivery. Anyone complaining why their delivery is late they need to understand to make sure that pick up their phones when they have ordered.(Common Sense)Sometimes delays can happen. I have always put my personal number on the receipt as a message incase their is a problem and if I know I got a delivery I make sure I pick up my phone.Unlike alot of lazy people who only know how to moan if the delivery has not arrived but can't be bothered to pick up their phones or even check a voicemail.Being a delivery person for a major supermarket can be frustrating when the customer does not pick up their phone, no one is opening the door when I'm waiting in the rain or its cold, parking issues, traffic, hotels, universities and hospitals.

I waited two hours for my food. I rang six times to find out what was going on, but nobody picked up the phone. When the food finally arrived, I couldn’t eat mine of how fiery hot it was (I had ordered garlic sauce, not spicy), and the prawn crackers that I ordered and paid for (the website said free crackers with orders over £25) weren’t there. Sorry, but I won’t be using again and definitely don’t recommend.

Order didn’t even turn up after 2 hours. Phone number doesn’t work on Deliveroo website and then there’s a mobile no to call where they also don’t answer. AVOID!

Food arrived late and as a result everything was cold.To add insult to injury, the egg rolls were soggy as well.Poor customer service.

Absolutely loveee woksta, my go to takeout. Immensely flavourful and you can taste the quality of the ingredients absolutely unbeatable. Delivery can take a while sometimes but it’s something I’ve got used to now as a regular so I just order it advance, worth the wait in my opinion. They take pride in making their food good quality and that’s more important thank anything else!

Food took 2 and a half hours to arrive to the point we thought it wasn’t arriving and ordered other food. We were offered a complementary meal when we complained through instagram. We were told to call the branch who we waited for to contact their manager. They then asked us to pay a £5 delivery charge ? The food itself was yummy but unfortunately we won’t be ordering again

I have ordered from here before and really enjoyed it. Untill the worst delivery experience occured. It was a sunday night, we were starving hungry and was looking foward to our woksta. Too bad it never arrived! No communication whatsoever, no tracking system, no updates, 16 missed calls. The cheeky mares tried saying "order conpleted" like at least tell us if their is a problem. Have had to order something else now, totally spoiled my evening ive lost my appetite.

Ordered the Chicken Katsu Salad Tub at 8:30pm, didnt arrive till 10pm. Furthermore, false advertising - according to Uber Eats, the salad should come with Spinach, Kale and Chard. Only the Chard was present. Chickpeas are also supposed to come with this, I counted 4 lol. Lastly, the chicken was cold/bread coating was soggy like a wet rag. I think if I dipped my slipper in some ketchup, it may have tasted better. I dont understand why such restaurants think this is ok? There is so much competition out there, surely you would strive to be the best to retain old and new customers? First/last time im ordering from this place.

will never order again! we used to order a lot from this restaurant but we’re unimpressed last time so we didn’t order again for a year. we thought we would try it again so we ordered it tonight but we were once again completely disappointed. we ordered the katsu kurry bowl along with a few other items that turned out alright, however they had given us plain rice with katsu strips and no sauce at all…completely dry. in addition, there was black lettuce salad on top. we called to complain but they said they couldn’t find our order and angrily cut the call whilst i was complaining about the food. horrible customer service as well!
