Filthy outside area. Supposedly cleaned up, but rubbish strewn everywhere. Air con off despite soaring temperatures, making it impossible to enjoy a coffee inside.

looking over the reviews — it appears that no one has experienced the past couple of months (July/August 2021) I’ve recently moved into the Dedworth area and was pleased to know I could walk to this Costa just up the road\\nwhatever the effects of COVID sending service workers back to their home countries and/or Brexit restrictions (??) evolving —\\u003e there aren’t English persons working here / either Polish, Ukrainian or Russian \\u003d having no grasp of the idea that SERVICE has certain benchmarks of NOT standing in a 30 min queue due to 2 persons handling face-to-face service PLUS Uber Eats deliveries\\nVERY POOR CUSTOMER AWARENESS during my past 2 visits
Staff are great and have work through this last 2 years.\\nHowever they look like they are very stressed as there is not enough of them.\\nThe shop now does deliveroo and just eat etc. However the number of staff has gone down and so has the service.\\nAlso there is a fault on the fire alarm and there is a constant beeping noise, which drives me up the wall.\\nSorry but I will not be going back until the fire alarm is fixed as I cannot stand it.

I ordered my usual and it didn't taste to right compared to what I am used to. I asked the member of staff that made it (Matthew) and he politely offered a new one without even asking, which I was extremely grateful for. The shop as always was immaculate and covid compliant. 4.5 out of 5.

Good use of space but parking is always 50/50. Service is speedy and it’s a relaxed environment
