This is a nice quiet coffeehouse with comfy chairs and a nice quiet atmosphere. The service is prompt and friendly. Toilets and baby changing facilities are here. You never feel rushed by the staff and they don't mind if you work on your laptop. I recommend this place for a nice quiet chat with friends and family. There is parking nearby, the only downside is that it's quite a way out from Windsor.
I have always loved this Costa. I would visit several times a week and always a good experience. I am saddened that the excellent manager Adil appears to have vanished with no word of where he has gone. He was responsible for so much of what was good about this branch.

I ordered my usual and it didn't taste to right compared to what I am used to. I asked the member of staff that made it (Matthew) and he politely offered a new one without even asking, which I was extremely grateful for. The shop as always was immaculate and covid compliant. 4.5 out of 5.
