Barista seemed displeased and moody. Just felt like I was an object and wasn’t even greeted or anything like that. Just “what do you want” “in our out” didn’t even acknowledge that the card machine was ready and stared at me as if I was an idiot. Very emotionally disconnected, I’ve just had my drink and it has been made incorrectly; it is missing caramel so it just tastes bland. Waste of money and disappointing service

This Starbucks was our salvation! We wanted to have a little breakfast before visiting the castle, but many of the cafés in the area didn't open until late. The service was friendly, the selection was good, and you can sit down comfortably here. Right in the pedestrian zone.

A standard chain of cafe. There is a good amount of seating and a nice selection of food and drinks to choose from. It is also a dog friendly cafe.

The staff are rude and childish, simple coffee takes ages and the staff members who are children themselves talk about you under their breath as if you cant hear. If they dont like their job, get a new one :)

Takes forever to take a regular coffee . So slow and dirty everywhere from the counters to the tables. Staff are extremely slow saying it is busy but just the processes are not well set. The only think that worked was wifi. Not a surprise that ratings are so low.

It was soo cozyy and actually cheaper then evere usuall starbucksKid-friendliness: Majbe a Pumpkin Spice Frappocino. Like without coffe or any other autumn special.

Ordered Matcha green tea frappuccino 3 times from here now and no one really knows how to make the drink nor they understand it is a frappuccino and make it as a latte instead. No syrup added to it at all and drinks taste really horrendous as the barrister here probably never been trained properly due to poor management in this particular store of Starbucks. Rude staff giving out services. Don’t bother waste your money here at all…
Avoid as it's Dangerous and a health hazard,Since there is no Cold brew I've changed my order and asked them to prepare an iced black Americano,the barista who prepared my drink placed the plastic cup directly under the espresso machine to the point that the cup was melting, when I pointed that out he brought a new cup and poured over the coffee from the melted cup into the new cup without even thinking that the coffee might be poisonous..I took the coffee and placed it in the bins to avoid any risk on myself..But seriously what's going on with the standards and health hazard training..

i asked for iced WHIPPED caramel latte. it was nor whipped nor caramel. they said they put in 5 pumps. LIARS . i am mostly upset about my iced WHIPPED caramel late not being WHIPPED. servers were nice tho.

Not sure what's happening in this Starbucks. 2 of three drink orders were not correct. Eventually got only 2/3 of cup of latte. One lot of food came in bag and other only on plate despite having said it was to eat in and only after asked. Order resolved by Tom who appeared to be having to resolve other problems. Very unusual for this Starbucks.

Nice place close to Windsor ? , a little bit dark and not the warm atmosphere usual at Starbucks. The staff does not smile, but they were new to this job, so I can understand why.

I asked for an ice water and they give me this. Half full and no ice and when I asked for a lid they rolled their eyes and have attitude. My friend also ordered matcha and when ordering the w order gave attitude and when he was making the drink he would roll his eyes while reading the order and they still made the complete wrong drink.
