Takes forever to take a regular coffee . So slow and dirty everywhere from the counters to the tables. Staff are extremely slow saying it is busy but just the processes are not well set. The only think that worked was wifi. Not a surprise that ratings are so low.
Went in today with issues on the app, I’m in there quite often! I asked if there was anything they could do as my order hadn’t come through but it had taken the money. The guy behind the counter told me, he recognises me enough and made my drink for me!! Made my day!? always great service in this store!!

The staff are rude and childish, simple coffee takes ages and the staff members who are children themselves talk about you under their breath as if you cant hear. If they dont like their job, get a new one :)
