Food was amazing, however the customer service we received stole the show. AJ, James and Abi were all absolutely spectacular, AJ in particular greeted us and was friendly from the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant. We have never ever received as good customer service anywhere than we did today. All 3 are a massive credit to your hotel.

There's a significant markup on wine too, but that's not unexpected in restaurants.The service was rather uncoordinated, with 3 waiters approaching the table before we'd even been given a drinks menu and then the drinks didn't arrive until after the food did. After the initial hiccups, service was OK.

Stunned by the quality of the Indian meal that I had here. Absolutely mouth watering. Good size portions and amazing taste. 10 out of 10. Totally unexpected!! Better than an Indian restaurant! Albeit a limited indian menu, as steaks and other foods are available.

Good food, reasonably priced. Barman who took our drinks order and made our drinks was very warm and made us feel welcome.Lacking in atmosphere somewhat but this is probably because the hotel is quite isolated and so only about half of the tables were occupied.

Stayed one night for work. The parking came at no extra cost, but the £75 bond on arrival??? All the staff I had met were all really friendly and helpful. The food was very good, unlike the atmosphere, it was very stiff and necessary.

Myself and partner had the 3 course meal for my birthday treat. It was very disappointing. The chicken liver pâté tasted straight out of a tin and so salty made me feel sick. The steak was fat with a tiny bit of meat. The desert was so sickly after 1 bite you were done. The couple next to us agreed and thought the food was also disappointing. We did not enjoy one dish. It's a huge shame. We had extra costs included.. even for sauce which was odd as who has steak with no sauce?! Really disappointing and would not recommend. Would also like to say that whilst speaking to others that evening they also agreed that the food was ‘disgusting''
