Crowne Plaza Reading East, Wharfedale Rd, WokinghamFood was amazing, however the customer service we received stole the show. AJ, James and Abi were all absolutely spectacular, AJ in particular greeted us and was friendly from the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant. We have never ever received as good customer service anywhere than we did today. All 3 are a massive credit to your hotel.
