I was shocked after visiting this location this weekend , It's not Costa anymore. This place has no longer that great Costa Coffee , You don't feel that warm welcome atmosphere after walking in anymore there,the quality of Costa is going down but the price is unbelievable going up,Not too Happy after visiting this place and the cost of drinks and food

Costa coffee has changed. The taste is not how it use to be and it's not very nice anymore. The place is good, good service and selection but the coffee has gone down hill. Tried from various places and it's the same everywhere. Shame.

The cortado is basically a latte (why wouldn't it be) and you need to ask for your drink to be served in a nice cup, I wasn't aware so I got it in a cartboard cup... got a panini as well, they placed it all in my hands, no tray, and basically told me to get out.Disappointing...

The young staff have no interest in serving customers, more untested in talking amongst themselves, ordered, white iced American, got a small plastic cup half full with black coffee in it, my partner took it back very bad service and staff that could not care less

Update: Now I get it, small black Americano :)Only cafe that close at 10:30pm in the area!I love Costa Coffee ☕️However, I love Americano the most& Americano from Costa in any other part of the world would be just a double shots of espresso & hot water. Not here!!They added milk which I was not asked if I wanted. Plus this makes it a Latte, which is not what I ordered. No cinnamon too (a nightmare for me)A selection of baked goods are in this branch but do not expect a lot.Good seating area too. Staff are prompt.Overall, being inside a cinema, come enjoy a cup of coffee before the movie & that’s about it ☕️??

Absolutely terrible coffee if you could call it that, out of my large cappuccino I had 1/3 of the cup full of coffee and the rest was foam. And it tasted like the grounds had gone through an incinerator before hand. On top of that they messed mine and 3 other peoples orders up within the space of 10 minutes . Just wow and I didn’t even get my whole order!
