Ordered a pizza for collection, when I arrived it was a look of bewilderment and confusion. Staff appeared shocked and after some minutes took the order again. Very weird and wasted 15 minutes of my time unnecessarily. *Avoid*

The staff were lovely here. The pizza took a bit longer than anticipated. I walked in off the street, already knowing there was a collection deal. I tried to go back to the 80's! I ordered the pan pizza, loaded pepperoni. It was OK. Not as I remembered it though. I used to always get the pepperoni pan as a teen. It was light, fluffy, crispy, lots of cheese. Last time I tried pizza hut I found the volume of topping a bit weak. This was not the case with the loaded one but, maybe there wasn't enough sauce on the pan style? It was a bit dry the header you got to the crust. The taste was OK but not terribly flavour filled. I won't be trying pan again, maybe a thin crust. I'm not sure. I recently had a very tasty thin crust pepperoni elsewhere which may have blown Pizza Hut off the top of my list of best pizza places.

I ordered pizza This afternoon it got delivered burnt and when I called the hut I was been told that the Pizza Hut have changed their dough and it’s burnt because of that. It taste weird like the dough was left for long . Customer executive I spoke to called himself sunny was very rude on phone . pic was taken before we tried food

If you are religiously vegetarian. Or eat hallal only plz don't but from them as they wouldn't mind missing ur cutters. Cheese with tiny meat bits that hardly notice. I work a few weeks n I notice so many things I can put here all. Unhygienic people with no apron, no hair nets, and filthy nails. No hand washing in practice at all. U might see one of the photos I share with a hole in the bag by mouse ?. those days when I work with them my car was always full of spider webs the next morning due to unclean delivery bags.
Many moons ago I worked for Pizza Hut whilst studying - back in the 90s. At that time they were the superior pizza chain and the standard which others aspired to. A lot has changed in 30 years with this company and it's all for the worse. They now use pre-prepared frozen dough, all the veg is frozen - conscious drops in standards to maximize profit at the expense of the end product. The pizzas now are nowhere near as good as they used to be and you just get a mish mash of flavours without the individual ingredients standing out. I only eat thin and crispy pizzas these days, and Pizza Hut thin pizzas aren't really that thin (compare a Dominos "thin" for reference). The pizza is okay, just "okay". Better than anything you can get from a supermarket but this pizza giant has fallen from grace.

Overly prices Pizzas for the Average Qualitythough, staff was helpful when i complained about a Soggy garlic bread. They sent a fresh portion and that was a quick.3 starts because the Staff was very helpful with garlic bread

Just ordered a pizza and some other bits, young lad on the phone, took order as should, system went down on obviously a very busy night, he kept calm, remembered my order even after system wiped it of including name and address, gave me a great deal, really good customer service, not got the food yet but will update shortly

Do you find glass in your pizza or your pizza is not up to standard? Port Pizza Hut, Wokingham, to trading standards and health and safety absolutely disgusting. I have dealt with Pizza Hut and tried to get a refund. It was an absolute nightmare. Never give Pizza Hut my money ever again. Specially the one in Wokingham my advisees use another pizza takeaway, never use Pizza Hut.
