We went to the Warren on Wednesday, the food was amazing and the service impeccable. They seamlessly coped with a surprise birthday cake, a large cake knife and serving plates were on the table in seconds. This meant we didn't get to sample their wonderful desserts. A good excuse to go back!

Nice enough. Good range of food including vegetarian and vegan, although the vege burger comes with salad whilst all the other burgers come with chips!? I had the deep-fried banana blossom which was a nice but a bit greasy.Coffee was good and they do the mini deserts + coffee which are nice.Service was good and there is a nice atmosphere

We were served by 2 lovely ladies. We didn't catch one of the ladies names but she and Amie were so attentive and made the experience enjoyable. She had a wonderful wit and humour joking about with our table. They had some training going on towards the end of the evening but still checked in as and when and allowed us to enjoy the evening at our pace and no need to rush.The food was incredible we had the linguine and 3 roasts, we all left feeling pleasantly plump and the puddings and coffees were a great way to finish the evening. I would highly recommend coming down for a cozy place to eat as a couple or a family different areas of the pub suit the different vibes.

With friends we had a great meal and service on a busy Saturday night. A couple of mistakes with the meals which were quickly rectified and dealt with by Mia who was our server. Well done especially with the mini-spoon’s!

I am quite critical about hospitality service in the UK but every single member of staff we encountered last night were all excellent, I think approx. six members of staff served us throughout the evening. They didn’t do anything extraordinary they were just polite, upbeat, smiled and attentive. To be honest they made our evening. The restaurant itself and atmosphere is lovely, have always thought so. The menu choices were good and varied, perhaps a bit too much seafood and fish for my husband but enough choice to satisfy. Not sure how you keep your food so hot and for so long, that was impressive. All of the food was lovely. If I was looking for anything negative it was perhaps not the best in terms of presentation but I am looking for faults as there really weren’t any. It was a miserable evening with torrential rain and given it was my birthday it had been quite a miserable day. Our meal at The Warren brightened our day.

A great dinner at the Warren with my daughter. The seabass was good and she had chicken which was also lovely. Our waitress Amber was very attentive, friendly and it was a pleasure to be served by her. She was really helpful in accommodating our 'dessert to go!'

Came here for lunch this week, arrived just after 12 so it wasn't busy with plenty of table choice. Ordered the fillet steak sandwich which was very tasty, but was more like thinly sliced medium roast beef than medium rare fillet steak. Staff were friendly enough, but we sat in the bar so there was no table service so cannot really judge them. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, large car park with plenty of spaces Food and overall experience was decent, though I would probably come here again for a proper meal to see what that was like.

First visit to the pub, we sat outside in the garden area which has plenty of space and seating, with and without umbrellas for those needing a touch of shade, food was tasty and an interesting variety on the menu, I wanted to try various options!Staff were friendly and the location is good with good parking too, value for money as well, its worth the price and its not too expensive.Vegetarian options: Options for veggies and vegans, vegan menu looked greatParking: Quite a large carpark

We got to the pub for anniversary we pre-booked we sat outside which was lovely. We just started drinking we had made our order within five minutes of food was brought out we got the 3 meat, roast dinner, the beef was so hard, it was an edible and the pork crackle would break your teeth The roast potatoes were white, not cooked and we had to ask for extra gravy as the whole plate was so dry. Very disappointed would not go there again I would be very interested to get a reply to this with you so that I could contact you and make a formal complaint. Please give me some idea as to how I would email you. Thank youWhat more would you like to no ?How they brought our dinner we just ordered to the table just as we sat down ?How Did they manage drop half our veg rushing to beat us to the table ?How My wife had two breasts of chicken and I only had a small leg yet they are the same trio of meat meal?How was it that I had to ask twice for gravy when it says on the menu it’s bottomless?And finally how long were those meals sitting there before your so called chef poured some lukewarm gravey over them and chased us to our table with them because there is no way they could have been freshly served up from the time we ordered to the time they was put on our table and in all honesty I still feel sick from eating it yesterday if it wasn’t my anniversary I would have said all this when I was there very shameful to serve food at such a low standard when google says you upper class ????Thank you for your responsen.WhitakerI eagerly await your response.
