Stopped in here for a coffee and a sweet treat. Very pleasantly surprised. Superb Cinnamon Latte and a doughnut. Quite a large Greggs with ample seating although a little dirty. To be fair they don't have waiting staff to clean - so I wish people would just chuck their used wrappers etc in the bins provided. Staff are friendly and extremely patient. Its very busy!

Food and hot drinks do taste nice which is the reason i gave an extra star but don't get me started on the poor service, the guy on the till with glasses seems lost and doesn't know how to talk to customers and can appear to be rude. A major problem in this store is when school finishes they get hungry school children coming in and this greggs cannot deal with it they are always short stocked and never have any pizza or other popular item's when anybody with a bit of sense would...read full review

Decent enough experience in the Woodley Greggs. Ate in as I was with the kids and it was fine. Clean enough and plenty of space as they have expanded the shop into the next unit.Chap behind the counter seemed baffled that I didn’t want an extra gingerbread man for a small amount more. I guess I’m not the normal customer that will just buy extra as it’s on a deal ??‍♂️.
