It’s unfortunate that I will say I have been less than impressed by the fish and chip game Bristol has had to offer in my two years living here. Really enjoyed the fish and chips from Chandos Fish Bar. The portions were very good, reasonably priced for takeaway, fish was succulent and juicy, good clean oil, fresh chips and the chef/server was lovely. Will have to make this a regular lunchtime treat! Placed the order on the phone and was ready in 15 minutes fresh and lovely. Thank you.

Very clean,quick, friendly service but the main thing, probably the best fish and chips we’ve ever had! Light crispy batter, great chips and huge portions. Excellent, thank you. ?
