Booked this for a belated birthday meal with my daughter. Booked on first table so had a 5.00pm dining slot with 50% off food. Restaurant was empty when we arrived and almost empty on leaving. Had fish & chips, side of onion rings, gin cheesecake & cocktails. Good service, lovely food. Will be back.
Visited on Father's Day a few weeks back and had a lovely time. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Service was quick, food was absolutely delicious! I had the pork chops with extra blue cheese sauce, plus a side of onion rings, and Eton Mess for dessert. Children's meals were good too. Atmosphere wasn't great, but it was a Sunday evening in a hotel restaurant so not exactly a surprise, especially when you're in the heart of Bristol with so many options...read full review
