Very quiet when we came in on Monday mid morning for a hot chocolate and toastie. Slight disappointment that they didn't have any tea cakes. However, it is in a good location - on Gloucester road. Nice vibe too
Always found this Costa weirdly eerie, hardly anyone in here as most opt for independent coffee shops up the Gloucester road I assume. I've had friends complain before about service or cleanliness but I don't have this issue as frequently.Wheelchair accessibility: The main seating area is up some stairs

I visited this establishment on 9/3/24 at 1:45pm. When I stepped fourth Into the haven I was greeted by Rachel, the barista sent by the lord. I ordered a scrumptious hot choccy, which she painstakingly concocted with her hands. This sweet nectar changed my brain chemistry with it's luxurious properties.
