Finding our usual place shut, we went to the Port o’call. I’ve coming here, off and on, for over 30 years. We agreed it’s kept its vibe of old, but with tidiness and happy things. Not bad. Tell you what - staff are energetic and friendly, beers nice to drink and with difference, menu is varied and full of yum, food arrive quickly and with polish. Oh Yes! We were recommended to come here by friends of friends, and we weren’t disappointed. We were seated immediately (booking definitely recommended!). We were asked for drinks within 2 mins of being seated and served quickly. Great choice of meats, including my favourite (lamb) which a lot of places don’t serve anymore.
