I had an interview today, arrived by train and stopped to grab myself a drink for it. After selecting a small the lady who served me on finding out I had a free drink reward offered me to change the size to a large one. I said sure, why not and made a joke that I hoped I liked it as I'd never tried it before she then said if I didn't they'd happily make me another drink instead. Spiced pumpkin season....yum! Service....LONG queue...2 staff were having a chat whilst writing some date labels....should have done labels later and helped to serve the long queue. One person took orders, 1 to 2 made drinks...pretty quick considering non stop orders for them.... Although those behind us we're obviously friends of staff so got served before us in the end.... hhhmmmm......Water tap left running the whole time...guess Starbucks didn't hear there's a drought declared...read full review
Got to say that this is the best Starbucks in Bristol! Love the upstairs seating area to do work since it’s really quiet and has lots of natural light from the big window. Bonus points for squeaky clean toilets!
