The food took a HORRENDOUS amount of time to come to the table, I felt as if I could not physically carry on if the food took any longer.I was absolutely starving. That was only the start. POSITIVES: Good location in Bristol's main shopping mall. Clean inside and out. Welcomed and shown to table, and the waiter brought the menu and explained that we could order via the App or walk up to the counter. The burgers were good quality and well cooked and prepped. NEGATIVES: We used the App to order, it took a few minutes to set up an account and verify via email and then start looking through the menus. Me and my friends ate here after a rock paper scissors match decided what restaurant we would go to. The staff were really lovely, the man who served us made me feel comfortable and he helped us with anything we needed. Also, Joe an employee here cooks a really good burger, the food was pretty good and we all enjoyed our meal here :)
