A very nice, quiet and quaint pub with great outdoor seating shrouded by trees creating a cosy feel, and a jazzy themed interior. Friendly staff and bouncers, and pints for under a fiver which is decent for this part of town. Will certainly be coming back again!

Popped in for an impromptu drink and snack on the way back to the car yesterday. I never frequented the old pub so nothing to compare for me. It's new owners are still finding their feet but are very attentive and keen for feedback. It was super quiet but I liked the decor with it's reclaimed sports hall floor. The toilets were nicely tiled and very clean. We had the Jubel to drink which was really good and ordered halloumi and veg skewers and some wings. Both were fresh and tasty and the wings had a good spice kick. It is very convenient for our office although not currently open on a weekday lunch, I will definitely hope for a speedy lunchtime drink at lunch in the future though when they open more and the terrace will be nice in summer ?

So the Good Ol' local feel to the pub has gone. To be replaced by a Students Overpriced Feel..Very limited selection of drinks. Overpriced. This Pub is No Longer catering for it's locals as it always used to.Another Local pub given over to those who are 23 and under. Was so hoping this Pub reopening would still value it's regulars.... sadly No!!!!!

Literally worst pub ever. No one selling stolen goods in smoking area, no babies breathing in second hand smoke, and no flies in the pints!

Friendly service, nice open atmosphere. Local brews and vegan food. We'll be back.Vegetarian options: 9 of 14 plates were vegetarian and 7 of these vegan.... And very good too.

Superb flavours in their tapas-style menu. Great atmosphere. Quick service. What’s not to like?

Personally its not for me. Miss the old colly :( its lost its soul. It may not have looked the best but it had so many lovely characters and the layout gave everyone so much more privacy. It just feels like an empty warehouse with tables and chairs now. But for an up and coming venue its a good effort though. May come back for a second opinion.

What a difference!Fresh new look, and lively atmosphere, loads of great craft beer.A welcome addition to a changing Redcliffe, and now my new local!

What an amazing transformation! Great range of kegged beer including local favourite breweries, diverse cocktail offering and simply delicious small plate menu that kept us rooted to our table for hours..! Very reasonably priced considering the quality on show, with other more expensive options if you’re deserving of a treat :)Friendly team and I’m glad to see an independent business bustling with life, long may it continue.Feeling very blessed to have this gem a stones throw from the centre and on my route to and from town, especially with a late license and stunning outside area ready for warmer days - would highly recommend and will defo be back!

So, the new Colosseum. They've ripped the heart out of it. No pool tables, no jukebox, awful music, uninspiring beer selection. No cask, zero local breweries on keg. Very disappointing.
