Its a shame that service is different depending on the age of the customer. I sent my kids on their own and they were pretty much ignored. The staff were too busy talking to each other and when they received their orders they were wrong . An adult was served after then and the gossip between the staff stopped and they became attentive. Not good!
A mixed experience here. The first guy preparing the sandwiches appeared stoned and looked and acted as though he would rather be anywhere else in the world but there. However the lady serving at the till was very polite and said she hoped to see me again, so that was nice.The shop itself was quite dark and small with not much atmosphere if you fancied dining in.I tried one of their new sandwiches that is being advertised on bus stops, newspapers and all over their store.
