Ordered with the app for a speedy service. Screen showed food was ready when it clearly wasn’t as it took an additional 5 minutes or so for my number to be called. (I’m reasonably certain the staff do this to influence their performance scores, can’t blame them, but it does mislead customers). Food was hot and fresh. Splashed the cash, treated like trash. The fellas and I indulged in the 14 piece party bucket, go the boys, after a hard days work. You’d think purchasing the highest ticket item on the menu would be met with a degree of appreciation but met only with hard stares and long sighs. Hey man I get it, working at kfc can’t have the serotonin receptors firing but when the high rollers come through pluck up and fake it. Sadly my visit here was fleeting. Although initial appearances invited a welcome break, I found the facilities quite lacking, and cleanliness levels rather off putting, especially in the WCs.Decided to get back in the car and go further up the road...
