Very typical of the Gregg’s chain providing a good selection of snacks and drinks at a reasonable price. This branch looks well maintained and kept clean and the staff are friendly and professional. It has a small area outside in the pedestrianised part of Chesham with four or five tables where you can sit and eat or drink your purchases.Recommended for a quick snack or lunch at reasonable prices but today’s standards.

Usually I receive excellent hot drinks, and piping savouries. Unfortunately after my visit to this branch the coffee I was served was very diluted tasted less of caffeine more of a watery, milky drink, The taste was not pleasant whatsoever. Halfway through the drink I did contemplate going back into the shop however as I was on my way home I decided against it.Parking: The location is more suited to visiting it by means of public transport preferably by bus. High St Chesham is served very admirably by most local bus services.

Had appalling service this Saturday morning; lady who served me (must be new, don't recognise her) was so argumentative and rude over a QR code, what a joke!Never had issues here before, but I guess this branch does now with this lady and her lack of customer service skills.

Most morning you have to coax someone onto the shop floor to actually get some service. Which is a great way to waste time before trying to catch your train

Always 5 star, pastries amazing, breakfast definitely my favorite. Cakes are okay but would prefer cakes from the likes of Wenzels instead.

Arriving at 10am for a quick bacon roll and a coffee before I catch the bus and theres always a long queue cause only 1 person is working behind the till and no one is helping him/her! My patience came to an end as I was waiting over seven minutes and the lady was working still alone serving all the people and when my turn finally came I’ve been told that there’s not bacon or sausage left! I left without food or and without coffee! Ok,Thank you very much Greggs! I might use the Amersham or the Hemel Branch which they do provide quick serviceThe 3 stars goes to the lady for her hard work!

Pizza was cold and extremely undercooked. It was also very doughy.

Very disappointed in the service, the woman in there was very rude. Asked for hotter steak bake she said it will take 20mins I agreed to come back only for me to get back and was give a lukewarm steak bake. Asked why its not hot she argued with me saying well that is hot enough. Disgusting service in there by that one staff member.
