I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff at Greggs in Chesham. My Mum went in to buy a Coffee and a staff member asked if she was OK, she was fine but in a bit of a fluster because her car had broken down and she popped in for a Coffee while waiting for the recovery to arrive. The staff member was genuinely extremely nice, and even bought my Mum a sausage roll on the house which made her feel so much better. THANK YOU for your amazing customer service.
Staff are great and very nice but I need to ask why is it sometimes the food is stone cold. I went there yesterday and my sausage roll was frozen, shouldn't it be hot? I hope the staff have noticed this and will make sure good is cooked properly in future thanks
