We had a wonderful visit at the Crown Plaza over the Christmas period staying for 5 days. We had Breakfast every day and it was a pleasure to see Bridget every morning who greeted us with a lovely smile and was very interested in what we were doing every day of our stay. She also served us in the bar a few times and was always very pleasant. We stayed in the hotel again at the beginning of January and once again met up with Bridget who recognised us straightaway and gave us the same wonderful service.

They made a mistake on our booking, we had to wait an hour for them to sort it out, then they charged us a supplement for THEIR mistake. It could have been sorted in about 10 mins. Spoiled our day which we had been looking forward to.
