We had a wonderful visit at the Crown Plaza over the Christmas period staying for 5 days. We had Breakfast every day and it was a pleasure to see Bridget every morning who greeted us with a lovely smile and was very interested in what we were doing every day of our stay. We received fantastic service from all at the hotel. We stayed for 4nights at the end of april/ early may 2023.? BRIDGET was very good to us in the restaurant!!!! I was there with my wife & our son who is a toddler
Throughly enjoyed the afternoon tea, the food was excellent.We were seated in the conservatory which over looks the grounds and lake, lovely to look out too despite the very grim weather.We were served by Mohi who was extremely tentative, he couldn’t do enough for us.Would highly recommend and look forward to revisiting soon (hopefully to try the spa & restaurant!)Parking: Plenty of spaceWheelchair accessibility: The reception staff were very quick to offer a wheel chair to...read full review
