Excellent range of local beers even had the option for a straight or a jug which you don’t see very much. Wife was very happy with the gin choices and extensive range of tonics.Was very cosy and what a touch having real fires on! Can’t remember the ladies name but she made a right fuss of a dog which was so nice even brought over a blanket and some treats. Nice touch in the bathroomWill definitely be back”

Spacious outside sitting area with interesting features and pictures, tasteful and slightly retro design which I liked. A pleasant surprise to see framed flyers, posters and relics of historic music events which keep you interested. The owner must have a good taste in music.Absolutely fabulous Chinese food which we all enjoyed while sitting outside. Perfect partnership of a pub and Chinese food.It was a very pleasant surprise to visit this pub and I hope to return again one day.”
Pubs • “Fantastic historical room, beautifully presented and furnished - pub like in style. Well situated on Marlow Hight Street. Good facilities with the attached pub/hotel/restaurant. Buffet served was good quality and interesting. Beer good. Could up the game on staff, nice enough but there’s opportunity for being a bit more formal. Gents loo floor horrid. A few folk walked in to room and had to be told it was a private function. But a great venue for 20/30 guests.”
