Service slow as barman took forever to pour simple drinks, waitress lovely, friendly and working hard under current circumstances. Staff do not automatically take off the 50% government eat out to help out, we had to ask every time which is disappointing. Food good. Non alcoholic cocktails a huge rip off for what they are, cost pennies to make. Nice environment with comfy chairs and sofas.

So disappointed with repeated slow or absent service. We are members and visit 2 or 3 times a week for food after a gym session. This week, after waiting 25 minutes to be served or at least acknowledged we decide to walk out. The past 4 weeks have been frustrating trying to find someone to take our order. Please employ more staff to cope with the holidays and Groupon day visitors as you are letting down your members and those that pay to stay overnight.
