Great place to eat with friends. Nice friendly atmosphere and really nice service.
Went for a friend's birthday in a group of 9. Food was brilliant, lovely creamy pate to start and beef to follow that melted in my mouth. Deeply flavoured sauce on top of all the veg and meat was excellent. Fantastic choclate tart pud to finish off the meal too. Excellent portions even though some of us couldn't finish it. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hidden gem with great atmosphere, good friendly service and a tasty Sunday roast. Couldn't have asked for anything more on a sunny Sunday late afternoon.Parking: Parking spaces are wider than normal, albeit limited. People coming/going meant we waited <2 mins to park and we observed the same thing happening all afternoon. No one was waiting long. Friends who recommended the place did say they normally park in the local area instead.

Friendly staff, very cosy atmosphere. Food was incredible, the black pudding scotch egg with Aioli was delicious and the triple cooked chips were perfect.
