I was taken to zizzi as a birthday treat. Its clean and well decorated. The main meal was paletable but the side salad was barely there, for the price and was dry and tasteless. I struggled to understand the waiter due to a heavy accent. We felt abondoned after the main meal and had to make several attempts to attract service to order a sweet who was more interested in his own lunch which he was eating in full go. Would I go again? NO!

We visited on a Saturday evening and they were very busy, but they offer table booking and I am glad I booked.Very good service and good food.The food arrived quick and tasted great.Will visit again.There is some parking on the street also public parking nearby.

Superb service from Olivia and the manager Mike who accommodated my son’s allergies and even changed the dish because it wasn’t exactly suitable. Fabulous restaurant. Highly recommended.

Kitchen cannot organise themselves to have food ready at the same time. My starter and main arrived lukewarm (and cold by the time I actually finished it) yet my other half’s arrived red hot! The atmosphere is pretty frantic and loud. Very expensive for what it is, heated up food. Won’t be returning ?
Ambiance, service and pizza terrific! I will be back. This is my first visit to the town and restaurant & as an American, well we are suckers for pizza...though I had the risotto & that was less than terrific-soupy & risotto itself just not cooked long enough(almost crunchy/chewy). That being said the rest was so much better than that, that I can't wait to return. Hubby had Meat Sofia pizza & it was delicious!! As were the crispy noodles they serve as snack before ordering. Again topnotch service & I can't wait to try for 5 stars!!!

Made a booking for Dinner. Ordered Food and Drinks. Drinks were at the bar for 15mins before 1 meal was served, still no Drinks. 2nd meal came still no Drinks so had to remind the server we were awaiting our Drinks. Both meals were like warm. So sent back to get the food heated up.The service and food was very disappointing.We couldn't wait to get out of there.

I've visited a lot of Zizzi Restaurants over last 15 years or so but this branch is by far the best and streaks above Windsor if your living within or close to these areas. Customer service was exceptional. the food was amazing and served in good time. Really can't fault it in any way.

We needed somewhere to eat in the evening. We booked a table for 6.30 on Friday and it was buzzing, good service, good food and good beer. Very reasonably priced. We will be very happy to revisit when next in Marlow.
