Really nicely situated, great coffee, good atmosphere. I didn’t like the cinnamon bun texture compared to other buns I’ve had in the past - but hey, that’s my problem, not theirs. Haven’t been to this venue for quite a few years and was never too impressed in the past. We arrived on a Sunday early afternoon as a party of 6 with no booking and were seated in a few minutes after a table was cleared for us. Staff were all very friendly and polite and our coffees and cakes arrived quickly. I had an amazing waffle which was not stingy at all with the gorgeous chocolate sauce. Decor and outdoor seating area are excellent too. We left very happy and will return!

Great little cafe. But they are missing out on lots of passing trade from walkers and cyclists along the canal as there is no indication this lovely place exists. Anyway, great little secret hideaway!
