I've been a regular customer at the Costa branch in Milton Keynes for over 5 years. The staff are friendly and efficient, and they always know my order. The upstairs area is perfect for working on my laptop or meeting with friends. It's large, spacious, and quiet, with plenty of seating and power outlets. The staff here are so friendly and thoughtful. The service can’t be faulted, as well as cleanliness and product offerings from toastiest to tempting cakes. But… Their till works via their wifi for at least some functions, and the wifi has been ineffective for MONTHS. Situated opposite Waitrose at Oakgrove, this is a bright, spacious, welcoming Costa. Very pleasant staff who were quick to clear tables as people left which helped give such a nice atmosphere with no detritus or used crockery piled on high like many similar premises. Despite Standard Costa fare being on offer, this particular branch has that something extra which will certainly draw me back.
