Placed the order by app in the restaurant, waited for 20mins+ in front of the counter, but found out the order was gone with no clue. Eventually we went to the staff and she packed what we have ordered.The restaurant was busy, the 2 staff at counter pack the food and serve the customers non-stop, no time for hands cleaning at all…Will not come again ??
This place is generally in a good location, but I miss the fact that the staff don't provide tissues, there was no ketchup and other extras today, the staff has so much work because they keep issuing deliveries and stationary customers have to wait longer (it's not easy with children). The place was fine today. quite clean, there is no toilet here (but when leaving the KFC, there is a main toilet on the right).
