First time here, and I was pleasantly surprised! I have eaten at nandos more than 500 times! So when I say this Nandos was good, it was really good! The staff, very friendly and professional, all smiling, all seemed happy to be doing their job. There was 1 staff member in black who seemed a bit lost and was just wandering around, but the ones I interacted with were brilliant. Today I came here with another 7 adults and 2 children. Yep, 10 of us without a reservation. The young gentleman got the table ready, got crayons and paper for the kids, wiped the chairs and cleaned under the table. He went out of his way to accommodate us. Honestly, I wish I got his name so I could shout him out, but if management sees this, he's the dark-skinned young gentleman. Food was delicious. Brooklyn & the team were really friendly and helpful, showed us around the restaurant and reassured us as customers, that if there were anything that we needed, just to ask. Very friendly & efficient, thanks Nando’s team!
