Received the wrong order, when we called the manger was rude and wouldn’t accept responsibility. Order was correct our end, the phone kept getting passed around the staff. The food we did receive was cold and soggy. Avoid

Had the best Pizza ever from Pizza Hut Oldbrook, Milton Keynes so wanted to have another pizza today. If I could give 0 stars I would. No manager so no customer service. Told to contact Pizza Hut, well I wanted my dinner now. Floppy pizza, not warm, lack of cheese and toppings. Staff member also refused to give their name. Shocking example of a pizza takeaway service!Ordered a pepperoni pizza, a meat feast pizza, garlic bread and nachos.When we got it home we found d they had managed to give us a vegetable pizza instead!We phoned them up and asked for a replacement, which they did not readily agree to as they seemed to believe we were lying. We then asked for the meat feast as we obviously wanted to eat together and it was now cold and by the time we would get back it wouldve been about 90 minutes...read full review
