The staff at the store are so slow waiting 10+ minutes for a sandwich to be made it's stupid. The store can't handle a small lunch time rush. 3 people behind the prep area going at a snails pace while the manger is sitting down in the seating area on his phone.Multiple people walked out including myself due to the poor service. Will definitely not be going back. If you have a train to catch I would recommend popping to Costa/Starbucks or Greggs to grab something to eat less likely...read full review

Terrible. Was here Saturday morning,Buying a subway here was like as if i robbed fort knox. Unbelievable place terrible attitude to the customer.This place is unhygienic flies everywhere especially on the drinks machine saw about 30 flies and im not exaggerating.This subway is taking the bee jesus. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lackluster and unfriendly demeanor. The cashier seemed disinterested, barely acknowledging my presence, and when I asked a simple question about the menu, their response was abrupt and dismissive. This negative attitude continued throughout my visit, leaving me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Customer service should be a priority in any establishment, and unfortunately, Subway fell far short in this regard. The food was nice though.
