Lucy was our server and was really friendly and on top of the customer service, without asking she provided a colouring sheet and crayons for the kids and made her feel grown up. The food was great, we ordered 3 sides and a kids main for a lunch sharer. There was another server in shift too and she was really helpful in pointing out where to get a dog water bowl and water from and the usual cutlery and sauces. A dog and child friendly pub, had the Cheltenham racing on too.
Another lovely visit to Lakeside today Vicky and Lucy are always welcoming and go above and beyond, the gentleman I care for has his drinks waiting for him as they are well aware of his usual ? food was good the steak and ale pie was that big we had to take half home, always enjoy our lunch here, Thank you again ?
