Very happy with my having had breakfast here today. The omelette, though a little expensive, is actually very filling and comes with three extra toppings and a side salad which was very fresh and of good quality. The service was very pleasant and friendly. Even though Milan is an expensive city, the prices are still more reasonable than here, which comes as a bit of a shock to Italians, but being in the heart of Cambridge you have to expect it. Staff friendly and efficient with very quick service and a nice place to grab a coffee and cake, however I couldn't recommend the paninis which at £8.95 each were extremely bland and overcooked, turning the contents chewy on dry bread. Drinks and pastries on the pricey side too.

Been here a few times over the last few years and never disappointed. Food is great and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I recommend the cannoli's - make sure you try one of every flavour!
