Very busy central place in the hospital concourse. Coffee and cakes asper branding of these products. Central seating can be crowded noisy andbusy. Staffing at times is not sufficient. Expect to pay for these products.
Just popped into my favourite Costa this morning as always greeted by Ben despite being such a busy store always spotless and well stocked whether a light breakfast or early lunch or dinner. The staff are friendly and makes you feel special great work Ben and your team 5 star service.

The small Caramel latte seems a lot smaller than it used to be and I wasn't asked if I wanted sugar. As you can no longer help yourself I had to go back and ask for some. Staff friendly and Covid measures observed. Coffee nice as ever. If I'd been offered sugar at the till it would be 4*. Bring back the old sizes for 5*.
