I would highly recommend anyone going here to Nuffield, I’ve slipped my disc , a while ago sadly, but thanks to a lovely welcoming by staff showing me & my wife & daughter around we loved it all.
The personal fitness class teacher , also class teacher our epic passion,& helpful always happy to help you out if you’re not sure about anything at all. A great atmosphere. Tidy , clean. Also after a workout you can chill out at the Cafa have a hot drink & chat s with your friends....read full review
