I went with my friends who have a boy of 5. They're new to the area, and apologised for the pub "not being up to London standards". Three starters, four mains, a child menu, four puddings, a bottle of Italian red and a lager. £50 a head including service. I wish this was typical in London. Crab papadelle, pink steak chop, haddock and chips, huge duck breast, and a wonderfully judged breaded chicken and home made chips. We went here to celebrate a family birthday and were very well looked after. The food was generously portioned and excellent. The service was very attentive without being invasive taking our boisterous group in their stride. The menu offered something for everyone, I very much enjoyed my ribeye steak.

Lovely pub, fabulous food, cosy warm, friendly atmosphere. What's not to love. I would certainly return and in my party of 8 everyone was impressed with food. Well worth a visit. Advisable to book.
