After walking around Ely early on a Monday morning,needed coffee to warm me up also has a toasted tea cake. They came together at the same time so no waiting around I was asked if I wanted jam and butter great! Needed the toilet later on which was clean. Yes I will be going back coffee was great as was the tea cake. The staff were friendly and helpful and one had a set of reindeer antlers on ?

We were HOWLING for an iced refreshing drink on a typical hot summers day when we came across costa. We thought how great. We were served by your attentive barista “torin” and he went out of his way to make our drinks extra special and proved exquisite hospitality services, and proved hope is real!? thanks guys!!

Some say all Costa's are the same, not true. What makes each one different are the Teams who work there.. The Team here are Professional, Polite, Engaging and Attentive. 10/10

Surprised to see the reviews of Costa Ely on here - as I regular customer I find the young staff to be very welcoming, always ready to take my order and incredibly chatty. It is clear to see they are often understaffed but they always do their best with many regulars (like me) looking forward to our visits. I hope these young adults are note put off by these reviews (which I do not think should call them out by name) and carry on with the great work they do in a challenging customer facing role. The staff were all in their phones, chatting. Ignored me for ages, saw me, carried on conversation. Forgot one of my drinks, and asked why I was standing there. Messy tables. So unprofessional. No one in charge.

Costa in Ely has always been popular with our family however lately we have been discouraged from going by the sour faced staff. Katie in particular always looks like she never wants to be there, she is rude and never smiles or looks like she enjoys her job

Absolutely brilliant selection of coffees along with cold drinks on offer.A superb selection of toasties along with bacon baps and cakes if you don't fancy a panini for lunch.Very clean store with a wide choice of inside seating.The staff are so friendly who strike up a chat while you wait for your coffees to be made by brilliant batistas

Great place, very polite and friendly staff. Especially Luke (Ely Costa ). Luke is a very pleasant young man and l hope he does well within the company. Its not as easy job and yet all the staff are cheerful and even said goodbye to us! We definitely will go back.Hot chocolate with cream and white chocolate cake was amazing !
