We were HOWLING for an iced refreshing drink on a typical hot summers day when we came across costa. We thought how great. We were served by your attentive barista “torin” and he went out of his way to make our drinks extra special and proved exquisite hospitality services, and proved hope is real!? thanks guys!!
Surprised to see the reviews of Costa Ely on here - as I regular customer I find the young staff to be very welcoming, always ready to take my order and incredibly chatty. It is clear to see they are often understaffed but they always do their best with many regulars (like me) looking forward to our visits. I hope these young adults are note put off by these reviews (which I do not think should call them out by name) and carry on with the great work they do in a challenging customer...read full review

After walking around Ely early on a Monday morning,needed coffee to warm me up also has a toasted tea cake. They came together at the same time so no waiting around I was asked if I wanted jam and butter great! Needed the toilet later on which was clean. Yes I will be going back coffee was great as was the tea cake. The staff were friendly and helpful and one had a set of reindeer antlers on ?
