Hair in food. Wrong order :Brought from them and recieved 6 nuggets, however I ordered 6 piece box. The burger was a joke in size, clearly a child sized one however I ordered a full sized one. When calling up to replace the 6 piece, it took them another 30 minutes to deliver... Once arrived, the AMOUNT OF HAIR ON THE CHICKEN!!! Someone is clearly not using a hair net. The chicken was also like rubber and left a terrible taste after eating. 2 stars as they did deliver the right chicken the 2nd time...

Delivery time was 30. Unfortunately food was a let down. Chicken was very average, some bits very dry, chips were terrible. We had three meals, awful in all meals. Overcooked and oily, I think reheated maybe not good quality .

we just got the flyer in the mail and decided to try them. we tried ordering on the app, but it said we were out of delivery range (we are 0.8 miles away/ 3 minute drive), so then we tried ordering online with the website, but it wouldn't accept any of our cards (we tried, 4 visa/mastercard). I called to place the order but they only accepted cash, and we only had card. The guy on the phone said just refreshed the app, after trying on the computer and phone, I called again trying to see if there was a different address I could use and just give them the right one, the guy on the phone got all upset and had an attitude. Eventually just ordered with a different restaurant.

Not recommended, if you are hungry. It's tasty for sure and maybe a bit cheaper than other takeaways in the area, but the delivery system depends on if any cook is free to go. Last time I was waiting 1,5h, now it's over an hour already and still waiting...Just to admit, they're saying estimated delivery time is 45 mimutes.

Ordered spicy chicken wings, 2pcs of chicken and fries. Spicy chicken wings weren't spicy but they were crispy; 2 pcs of chicken I ordered, wasn't juicy as I thought and it was a bit warm, not hot at all; I ordered small fries, they more like a medium size to me. Me and my mate ordered via 2 different website, one charged for online payment, another don't which I don't understand at all, the taste is alright in general. I rang on Thursday to check what time they open on Near year's eve, they told me they open from 9am, which I found out it was not accurate. False information may be provided, recommend to speak to staff in store.
